I spent most of my life working and living in Africa. In September 2016 I retired and my journey in photography started in 2017. I was at Zion National Park with a point and shoot camera and told myself that was not going to work. I have taken courses at a community college, been on photo tours with some of the best photographers in Southern Utah and am now completing my diploma in Professional Photography with the Canadian Photography Institute.

Landscape photography is my favourite genre but also like travel photography and astrophotography. I try to learn new techniques constantly and learn from fellow photographers, lots of reading and research. 

I shoot Canon both cropped and full-frame with the Canon 80D and Canon 6D Mark II and have a array of lenses for both. I have been lucky enough to be published a few times and my pictures have been featured on various Facebook and Instagram groups.
